Operator and eligibility

Sonubo is operated by Silvan Hagen - Consulting, Körnerstrasse 12, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland (UID CHE-157.556.181). You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms, or use Sonubo with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The service

Sonubo provides AI-generated dream interpretations and a private dream journal. Interpretations are reflective prompts, not facts, diagnoses, medical advice, mental-health treatment, or professional counselling.

Your account and content

You are responsible for access to your email account and activity under your Sonubo account. Only submit content you have the right to use, and do not include another person’s private or sensitive information without permission. You retain your rights in your content and give us only the limited permission needed to store it, process it through our providers, generate your readings, and provide features you request.

Do not use Sonubo to violate the law or another person’s rights, harm or harass others, distribute malicious content, disrupt the service, automate abusive use, bypass credit or security controls, or attempt unauthorised access.

AI-generated output

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Use your own judgement and seek qualified professional help when a dream or sleep issue causes distress or affects your wellbeing.

Credits and payment

Prices, currency, included credits, and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Selecting “Continue to Stripe” does not itself place an order; you can review the purchase before confirming payment in Stripe Checkout. A successful payment is confirmed electronically and the credits are then added to your account.

Credits unlock full interpretations at the rate shown when you submit a dream, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not expire while your account remains active. Payments are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

Refunds

If a purchase is incorrect or the service fails to deliver paid credits, contact us promptly. Refunds are assessed based on credit use and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer cancellation, refund, or warranty rights.

Public sharing

Your journal is private unless you choose to share material publicly. If you submit a public share URL for a promotional credit, you confirm that the page is public and may be reviewed by Sonubo. A reward is granted only after approval and only once for an eligible share.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Sonubo content

The Sonubo name, design, artwork, software, prompts, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for personal purposes under these terms, but may not copy, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit those materials without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sonubo is not responsible for decisions made from AI output, indirect or consequential loss, or failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

Account closure

You can delete your account in Settings. For privacy, we close accounts after 180 days without a sign-in and send an advance service reminder; signing in keeps the account and its credits active. We may also restrict or close accounts that materially breach these terms or threaten the security or operation of the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated where required. Swiss law governs these terms, without excluding mandatory consumer protections or courts available to you under applicable law.
